The Coast Guard received a call from Sussex County Police Department at 1:29 p.m. reporting a witness contacted them and said Kim slipped on the rock of the jetty and a wave knocked him into the water. Location was at Indian River Inlet, which is 4 miles north of the Bethany Beach Town limits, south side of the jetty It was also reported Kim was wearing a blue raincoat and wader boots. A rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Indian River, a rescue helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., members of Sussex County Police Department, Sussex County Fire and Rescue and TowBoat US are currently searching for Kim.
