Debra lived in Mystic, CT but was staying with relatives in Vernon, CT at the time of her disappearance. Spickler was last seen walking alone in the direction of Henry Park's swimming pool from 1/2 Foxhill Drive Vernon, CT. At the time that she went missing, she was wearing green polka dot shorts, a white sleeveless shirt, and white sneakers.
