Evidence of Foul play exists as Victim's vehicle was found burned in Pinal County near the City of Oracle on 05/05/1990. The vehicle was located 1.3 miles from State Route 77 north on Willow Springs Road to the cattle guard. After the Cattle guard thrun left on a power line road and go about 1/2 mile.
