Victorio showed up at his wife's residence on Pearl Harbor in violation of a Protection Order. Victorio and his wife got into an argument and Victorio left the area in a rental vehicle with their 11 year old son Noel and 7 year old son Daniel, and possibly fled to the Philippines.
