Folk-Hine, a mother of 5 children, was supposed to go to the Manatee County Fair in Palmetto, FL on Jan. 15, 1972. She was a fair committee member and was going to help out at the poultry barn. Her husband told law enforcement that she was last seen at the Manatee County Fairgrounds. Folk-Hine left behind her children, dozens of animals, her purse, her glasses and medicine.
