The Aitkin County Sheriff's Office with the assitance of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is currently investigating the disappearance of Leroy Keith Boyd, age 67. Boyd is a local residence of Aitkin County Minnesota and has not been seen since the end of May or early June of 2008. Boyd had entered into a trucking partnership called "Ol Buzzard Trucking" with an acquaintance several months prior to his disappearance. The 2005 Dodge pick-up and enclosed trailer utilized by the business was located out of state and was found to have been at this location prior to his disappearance. The truck and trailer had been used to haul motorcycles for private parties across the United States. Investigators are unaware of any other vehicles Boyd may be driving. Prior to Boyd's disappearance he had traveled extensively across the midwest and east coast. The Aitkin County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating Leroy Boyd.
