He was last seen at a friend’s home in the Fern Acres subdivision on Aug. 12, 2007. At the time he was believed to be shirtless and wearing either white shorts or blue flannel pajama bottoms. Police said Ryan suffers from a medical condition that requires medication. He is described as 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds, with short blond hair. When last seen he was not wearing the eyeglasses depicted in the photograph.
