FALMOUTH, Ky. — Pendleton County officials are asking for help in locating a critically missing 41-year-old man. According to local police, Leonard Miller has been missing from the Falmouth Personal Care Home at 406 Barkley Street in Falmouth since the early hours of Saturday morning. Miller is described as being a white male who is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He is also said to be bald with hazel eyes and visible tattoos on both of his forearms. According to local police, Miller was last seen at the Falmouth Personal Care Home wearing a black shirt, dark blue cargo pants, white gym shoes and glasses. Miller is said to be bipolar and schizophrenic, both of which he requires regular medication for. Golden Alerts are emergency alerts designed to help locate missing persons across the state of Kentucky who have "documented physical, mental, or cognitive impairment."
