On November 15, 2007, at 1621 hours, Elnora CHARLES picked up her vehicle at a towing company in Tucson. They arrived at their residence at approximately 1700 hours. The car was reported as being seen on the roadway in Tucson, however, it is not known if Elnora Charles was in the vehicle. CHARLES' vehicle was located abandon on Mt Lemon Hwy by PCSO.
