Noah was last seen on March 25th, 1983, by a child who was playing near the river (Little Tallapoosa), who stated that he saw him fall into the river, northeast of what is now a Mobile Home Park in Carrollton, Georgia. This incident was reported to the Carrollton Police Department on the date mentioned above, where searches were conducted with negative results. Noah was believed to have reddish-blonde hair, blueish-hazel eyes, and a red birthmark on his left cheek.
