On 05/21/2021 Denise Bellafiore (08-30-1949) was discharged from her Assisted Living Facility in Poway. Bellafiore was to be transported via taxicab to another facility but never arrived. Instead, the taxicab driver dropped Bellafiore off in the downtown area of San Diego.
