On 7/26/2024 at approximately 1100 hours, a family member saw Pierre at the Consulate General of Haiti of Orlando attempting to renew his Haitian passport. The family member contacted another family member by phone about Pierre, as he was acting abnormal and trying to leave the location in a Mears taxicab. The family members were advising the cab driver to take Pierre to the hospital and the driver agreed. The driver advised that Pierre paid $400 to be taken to Fort Lauderdale, FL. The driver allegedly took Pierre to a hospital, but Pierre refused to leave the taxicab. The driver took Pierre to the Orlando International Airport instead and dropped him off at an unknown location at possibly 1140 hours. It is unknown at this time if the driver or Pierre suggested the airport. Family have not physically seen Pierre since 7/24/2024 around 1400 hours. On 7/22/2024, Pierre abruptly quit his two jobs and made statements that he wanted to go to Haiti. On 7/31/2024, family received a letter that was addressed to Pierre from the airport’s lost and found. The letter advised there were two pieces of luggage belonging to Pierre found on property.
