On 05/29/21, Julio Arias was reported by his sister as a missing person. Julio had called his wife earlier that day and requested to be picked up from 25 Main St., in the city of Vista. When she arrived, Julio was gone. His sister stated that Julio used an unknown subject's cell phone to call them from Vista. The unknown subject informed Julio's family that Julio asked to be brought near the border to get to Tijuana. Prior to Julio contacting his wife, Julio had last been seen at his family's home in North Hollywood on 05/13/21.
