On 1/6/2006 Foster parents reported 14-year-old Isaac Perkins missing to Barstow PD after biological family attempted contact with Isaac at the foster home in Barstow. Family advised that he reportedly may have gone missing on 12/29/2005. It should also be noted that Isaac's younger sister (13 years old at the time) Roberta Perkins (NamUs #MP149378) who lived with him at the Barstow residence was last contacted on 2/13/2006. She was pulled out of school a short time later and there are no documented contacts with her afterwards.
