He was last seen at approx. 10:30am at his residence. He allegedly went camping in the Bradshaw Mountains, Turkey Creek area in Yavapai, AZ. His vehicle is also missing and is described as a 1990 black Jeep Wrangler with chrome bumpers and grill, bikini top, no windows, lift kit, a metal 2" grasshopper on the dash and AZ Lic #212-RMZ. The jeep was located between Minnehaha and Wagoner in Yavapai County in April 2008. Charles has a medical condition and may need medication.
