Subject lived alone for many years. Several attempts by Frankfort PD to contact him with no results. His last known contact was a voicemail left with his son's friend on 4/2/2023. No recent bank activity found for Juri. Juri has not had recent contact with family. An acquaintance used to help him with groceries also did not have any recent sightings of Juri. Reported missing on 6/6/2023. Upgraded to endangered missing person on 7/13/2023. One tip from 7/17/2023 reported a possible sighting of elderly male matching Juri's description near 175th St and George Brennan Hwy in Bremen Township (Tinley Park), IL on 7/16/2023. Caller observed elderly white male walking eastbound on 175th St who appeared to be struggling. Subject appeared frail and wearing black pants with a black short sleeved t-shirt. Subject had messy white hair and brown eyes. Caller returned to the area 10 min later to give him a water bottle but he was gone. No welfare check calls located from local law enforcement for a similar subject. Subject's phone is disconnected and did not have a last known location when checked on 7/13/2023. No additional leads received by this agency.
