Kurt Hipp

Kurt Andrew Hipp was last seen on 02/12/2025 at a family member's apartment in Fairfield, CA. An indoor surveillance camera at the apartment captured video of Mr. Hipp packing items into a backpack and leaving the residence at approximately 5:30 PM on 02/12/2025. Mr. Hipp had been living at the apartment for two months. Prior to that, he stayed with other family or friends and sometimes lived unhoused in Sacramento County. According to his family, Mr. Hipp would normally maintain communication with them if he were to leave for a while, but he has not done so since 02/12/2025.
