Left Raleigh NC area to Richmond VA on 05/15/2025, then to Washington DC on 05/16/2025. Walked along the Anacostia River to Bladensburg. Sent photos showing him in the area and identified street signs as 48th St and Annapolis Rd. During last contact, said he was in an abandoned office building.
