Peter stated that per the taxi driver that dropped his brother off, Scott entered the airport terminal to withdraw cash to pay the Taxi, and left his personal belongings inside of the cab as a guarantee that he would return and pay the taxi driver for his services. It is unknown at what part of the terminal Scott was dropped off. The Taxi driver left because Scott never returned
