Missing person's (MSP) sister (reporting party) reported him missing in San Bernardino, Ca. on 10/04/2024. RP had contact with him in August 2024, unknown day/time. Upon contacting RP she stated she took him to a facility in Calabasas, Ca. where he was admitted for care. MSP has since left the facility. RP stated she believes he may be transient in Reseda, Ca.
