Francisco Pangelinan

Francisco I. Pangelinan, age 85 at the time of disappearance, arrived at the Home Depot store in Kapolei, Hawaii mid-afternoon on May 15, 2023. He entered the store on one end and exited from another end. It seems that he may have forgotten where he parked and could not find his car in the parking lot. He then walked across the street to Costco Kapolei and through its parking lot; then crossed the street to the Star Advertiser building. He was not shown on any surveillance cameras after that and we have no idea where he went or what happened to him. At the time he went missing, he was becoming a bit forgetful, but was otherwise of sound mind.
