Jerry Pace is reported to have been dropped off at the Diversion Channel in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, where he was going to attempt to sail in an inflatable raft from the Diversion Channel to the Mississippi River and then to New Orleans with the Florida Keys as a possible final destination. Since the day he was reported to be dropped off at that location, which was in early March of 2023, Pace has not been seen or heard from since.
