Parental Abduction - The victim was taken to India by his mother, who at the time was just an infant. The victim's father reported to the Fort Lee Police Department that he gave permission to his wife to go to India with the victim for a short vacation. The victim has since been living in India in the care of his mother and has not returned to the United States. The victim's father has had video communication with the victim over the years.
