Victim was to take a plane back to Arizona where she lived with her girlfriend. She had her stepfather, take her to Springfield mall (VA) to drop her off to take the metro to the airport. She did not make the flight. Her luggage was located in a ditch along River Road in Spotsylvania County (VA). Her wallet and clothing and plane ticket were inside/with the discarded luggage.
