Family said that he was last seen on February 27, 2024, by his landlord, when he went to his residence and his residence engulfed in flames. The missing was observed by the landlord getting into the passenger side of his vehicle at approximately 6 PM. The complainant related that shortly thereafter the missing subject's phone began going directly to voicemail. The missing subject has a large tattoo of a cross with wings on the front of his neck. The missing subject is known to frequent the vicinity of the 2000 blk of West 35th Street in Chicago, Illinois and the 7200 blk of West 24th Street in Gary, Indiana.
