Thomas was living in his Ford Ranger pickup truck. Thomas called police on 2/4/2023 and Middletown Police had sent an email advising that he was followed to The Brook Hospital. Maureen received a bill from Norton Hospital showing that Thomas was released from the hospital on 2/7/2023. She has not seen or heard from him.
