The victim was transported to The Lazarus Project (rehab facility) by a family member from Rutherford County Jail. On 8/2/23 she received a phone call from the victim advising that he had left The Lazarus Project. The victim has no cell phone that the complainant knows of the phone he contacted her on was from a hotel (Econo Lodge) that he was not a guest at.
