John Early was reportedly last seen looking for morel mushrooms near the intersection of Moon Prairie Road and Jenny Creek Road on April 30th, 2023, around 1430 hours. That location is a rural area of Jackson County off of Highway 66, outside the city of Ashland. John had a history of going missing while wandering in rural areas of Jackson County.
