Dawn Ruger was last seen in Skagit County around 12/28/2006. In May 2008, Benjamin Price contacted law enforcement and confessed to killing her and dropping her off on a rural logging road east of Bellingham. The logging road was later identified as Paradise Valley Rd. Partial remains were found at that time and Price was charged for her murder. Case entered into NamUs to assist with additional remains.
