Victor left his residence in Anaheim on 1-20-21. He picked up his passport and and told his sisters he would be traveling to Honduras on a bus through Mexico. Victor's bank card appeared to have been used in Jalisco, Mexico on 1-25-21. He has not been heard from since. It was not know if he ever arrived in Honduras. Victor has ties to Anaheim and would not stay out of the country.
