Crystal Cottle

Crystal Cottle was seen on foot near Allen Street and I-5 at exit 39. She was attempting to go home to Springfield, Oregon, via Amtrak, but she never arrived. Her last known communication was after she missed her train at the Kelso station. She was later seen walking onto I-5 south in northern Clark County from the ilani Casino that is on Cowlitz Tribal land on 01/04/2023.
