Daughter reported her mother, Sandra Sullivan, missing to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Department, report # 21-5671, on 11-15-2021 stating that Sullivan was last seen on 11-5-21 walking on Highway 111 towards Dunlap, TN after leaving a house on Covenant Farms Road in Spencer, TN. Deputies spoke to an individual believed to be a boyfriend, that he last saw her on the afternoon of 11-12-21 with Sullivan telling him she was going on a walk.
