Rodolfo has a scar on his left forearm and partial tattoo on his left wrist. Rodolfo has a thick mustache, is partially balding, wears a hat all the time and is a painter. Rodolfo is reported to have an alcohol problem and a possibly left because he owed people money. Rodolfo is from Chihuahua, Mexico and also has property in Seward Kansas. Rodolfo's credit card was reportedly used in Poughkeepsie, New York between December 20, 2022 and December 22, 2022 by two unknown males.
