Betsy Morales Soto (MP100056) and her husband Omar Millet Torres were last seen on their boat approximately 300 yards from the shore near Wisteria Island just prior to Hurricane Ian's arrival to the Key West area. Their boat was anchored, but without power and was breaking loose from the current.
