The PR reported that when she last had communication with the MP, he appeared to be agitated and confused due to a medical condition. The MP's vehicle was later discovered in Glenn County. The vehicle was stuck in the snow on C/R 308 near forest route M3. A search and rescue was conducted and only recovered the MP's personal belongings (ID, Credit Cards, Debit Card, Cash).
