Anstess was on board a 44-foot catamaran, called the Cat Shot, when he disappeared off the coast of Oregon. Anstess, along with two other men, were in the process of delivering the catamaran from Cape Town, South Africa to Seattle, WA when they were caught up in a severe storm about 10 miles off the coast of Cape Blanco, OR. David Rodman (MP 95950) is also still missing.
