The PR is a former brother-in-law and lives out-of-state. He travelled to Los Angeles to check on the MP because he had not heard from her in over 6 months. The PR called in for a Welfare Check. Officers arrived and searched the residence and were unable to locate the MP. Officers noted that the MP was a hoarder and had many things piled up inside the residence. Officers searched the residence with cadaver dogs and were unable to detect any human remains.
