On 04-28-2018, "Tony" was contacted by Modesto PD on a traffic enforcement stop. As he was only 14 years old at the time, and his guardian was unable to be located, Tony was brought to a children's shelter which he left. When located, he was placed at another shelter in Santa Clara County which he left on June 19, 2018. Police have been unsuccessful locating any persons with the name/dob provided by this youth.
