On 3/14/2015 at about 3:00 pm The complainant was picked up from his fathers family by his mother and was never returned or heard from since. The father and the mother have a child custody agreement out of Dallas County. A witnessed stated he took the complainant and his mother to Mexico, City on 3/14/2022 at about 8:00 pm at the request of the complainant's mother.
