Mr. Dewey was last seen by his neighbor on March 23 (Wednesday) when he gave her his drivers license and proof of income to go to a food pantry for him.On March 24 (Thursday) the neighbor attempted to deliver his food, but is door was open and he was not home. She attempted to call him on March 25 (Friday), but he did not answer. On March 26 (Saturday) she went to his house again, the door was still open, she went inside and he was not home. His wallet, glasses and dog were all inside. The dog had used the bathroom in the house numerous times, indicating that Mr. Dewey had not been home for some time. Mr. Dewey does not have or own a cell phone. He does have a landline. Mr. Dewey ws last seen by his neighbor on March 23, 2022, however, we located video footage of Mr. Dewey from Black Oak Baptist church t 6404 Old Maynardville Pk, Knoxville Tn 37918 on March 24, 2022 at approximately 2am. Mr. Dewey appeared to walk south on Old Maynardville pk towards Brown Gap Rd and circled the church two times and was last seen walking along the south side the church parallel with Brown Gap Rd.
