On 7/12/2019 Deputies from Ashland County Sheriff's Office responded to East Twin Lake Campground near Clam Lake, WI for report from the from US Forest Service Staff concerning a possible missing camper. There was a green BMW motorcycle parked at the campground that was registered to Richard J. Dilabio. Also left at the campsite was all Richard's personnel belongings . Richard was last seen at the campground on 7/09/2019. Multiple ground and water searches were conducted around the campground and no sign of Richard was located.
