Carl Shull was last seen in Aurora, Colorado on 11/28/2013. He had moved to Colorado in January 2012 from Wyoming to invest in the state's marijuana industry. His debit card was used at an Aurora gas station on 11/28/2013 but not by him. The card was used in Elise, Nebraska and also in Fort Morgan, Colorado in the following day. On 12/8/2013, an unidentified man used the debit card to purchase cigarettes at a gas station in Aurora. Missing person was initially reported to Casper Police Department.
