On 02/15/2021 the sheriff's office received a report of an abandoned vehicle in the rural area of White Pine County near Lund Nevada. The vehicle was recovered and towed to a local agency for the family to recover. Mr. Garretson was last known to physically be in the Las Vegas area that is approximately 4 hours from there his vehicle was located at. Search and rescue crews were deployed numerous times to search the areas around where Mr. Garretsons vehicle was located. Unfortunately they were unable to locate any persons. At this time there are no leads.
