Vitalina advised family members that she would cross illegally from Reynosa, State of Tamaulipas, Mexico to the U.S. , through an undisclosed, unknown location in the vicinity of McAllen, Hidalgo County, Texas. The last contact any family member had with Vitalina was on August 15, 2021 via mobile phone and has not been heard from again.
