Reporting party stated she saw the missing person leave their residence and did not return that evening. The following day, the reporting party contacted the missing person via phone and was advised by the missing person he was at the donut shop with some friends. The missing person did not state where he was going or if he was coming back home. The reporting party consistently called the missing person's cell phone every day since reporting him missing. On 07/23/21, an unknown male answered the missing person's cell phone and stated he found the cell phone between 14th St/Central Ave. in the City of Los Angeles.
