After not hearing from her son for approximately three (3) months, the mother of the missing contacted a known friend of her son's. The friend called to file a Police report. Upon investigation, it was reported that the missing was last seen on or about, 26 August 2019 where he was picked up somewhere in West Virginia, ultimately being transported to, and dropped off at the above address. The last communication was by phone and the missing made some sort of suicidal comments.
