TERRELL HAS NOT CONTACTED HER FAMILY OR USED HER BANK ACCOUNT PRIOR TO MAY 1, 2021. TERRELL IS A MEMBER OF CHEROKEE NATION RESIDING WITHIN THE BOUDARIES OF THE CHOCTAW NATION.
