Esther OSTREM-BRADEN was last seen leaving her residence in Kaimuki in her vehicle on 2-16-81, at about 2200 hours. On 2-18-81, Esther's brother received a suicide note from Esther, and her vehicle was later found parked near Kahala Beach Park. It was concluded that Esther possibly entered the waters off Kahala Beach Park where she frequently went swimming. A search of the water produced negative findings.
