In June 2010 family attempted to reach Charlene in Morgantown WV. to let her know her mother was sick and passing away. Family did talk to Charlene and she refused for them to go pick her up in WV to see her mom. Charlene was working at a hotel at the time in Morgantown. Back in 2015, family had a wellness check done on Charlene in Morgantown. Deputies were unsuccessful in locating Charlene at that time. No contact has been made with Charlene since.
