Mr. Adams was previously homeless, but at the time of his disappearance he was residing in a camp trailer in a RV park. In the days leading up to his disappearance, he was described as acting confused. He was last seen walking away from the hospital on 02/17/21 at 11:35pm. He does not have a vehicle and his trailer was still in the RV park.
